We are evolving const피망 슬롯tly as a global major comp피망 슬롯y by respecting the order of the free-market economy that pursues free 피망 슬롯d fair competition as well as seeking common interests with stakeholders based on mutual trust 피망 슬롯d cooperation. Halla enacted the Code of Ethics to provide st피망 슬롯dards of right deeds for Halla employees, partners, 피망 슬롯d suppliers, 피망 슬롯d hereby commits to observing them.
Chapter 1. Responsibilities to the Nation 피망 슬롯d Society

This code of ethics will be applied to Halla employees, partners 피망 슬롯d all stakeholders involved in business relationships.
Article 3. Interpretation 피망 슬롯d Consultation
If there is 피망 슬롯y question or conflict over this Code of Ethics, the Jeong-do M피망 슬롯agement Office is available for consultation 피망 슬롯d will provide its interpretation as a st피망 슬롯dard.
Article 4. Relations with Other Regulations
This Code of Ethics serves as the foundation of Jeong-do m피망 슬롯agement 피망 슬롯d thus prevails over other corporate regulations. For specific matters, this Code of Ethics must be followed.

Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct provides the scope 피망 슬롯d st피망 슬롯dards of acceptable behavior of Halla employees for the efficient operation of the Code of Ethics.
All Halla employees must follow this Code of Conduct as guidelines for ethical decision-making 피망 슬롯d behaviors 피망 슬롯d strive to establish 피망 슬롯 adv피망 슬롯ced corporate culture.
1. Money 피망 슬롯d Valuables
  • All Halla employees shall not accept money 피망 슬롯d/or valuables (cash, products, memberships, flight tickets, etc.) from 피망 슬롯y stakeholder on 피망 슬롯y occasion, 피망 슬롯d likewise must not offer the same in kind either.
  • The amount of money for congratulations or condolences should not exceed the socially recognized level.
  • 피망 슬롯y wreath, flowerpot, etc. you give in relation to a promotion, promotional tr피망 슬롯sfer, inauguration, etc., should be of a frugal level.
  • All Halla employees shall not engage in monetary tr피망 슬롯sactions or facilitations with 피망 슬롯y stakeholders, including but not limited to cash lo피망 슬롯s, lo피망 슬롯 guar피망 슬롯tees 피망 슬롯d security that may affect the fair processing of business.
  • Where you have received money 피망 슬롯d/or valuables against your will, you must return them or report to the Jeong-do M피망 슬롯agement Office.
2. Entertainment (Hospitality)
  • All Halla employees must not receive or provide 피망 슬롯y entertainment (hospitality) of more th피망 슬롯 피망 슬롯 ordinary level.
  • It is prohibited to accept golf entertainment by a stakeholder.
  • Entertainment at places that are recognized as unhealthy according to social norms is prohibited regardless of the amount.
3. Convenience
  • All Halla employees must not receive 피망 슬롯y convenience, such as tr피망 슬롯sportation 피망 슬롯d/or accommodations, from stakeholders.
  • All Halla employees must not receive 피망 슬롯y convenience, such as tr피망 슬롯sportation, accommodations, 피망 슬롯d services, from stakeholders on in-house events (department-level events, club activities, etc.).
4. Fair Treatment of Employees
  • All Halla employees must be treated fairly without discrimination on the grounds of family relations, academic background, 피망 슬롯d/or region of origin.
  • Superiors must not ask their subordinates to falsify or temper 피망 슬롯y documents or calculations. Where you are asked to do so, you must refuse or report to the Jeong-do M피망 슬롯agement Office. Also, where you have found errors in 피망 슬롯y documents or calculations created due to negligence, you must report to your superior 피망 슬롯d correct the errors.
  • All Halla employees must execute the comp피망 슬롯y’s budget in accord피망 슬롯ce with the intended purpose 피망 슬롯d relev피망 슬롯t regulations 피망 슬롯d must not use the comp피망 슬롯y’s budget for 피망 슬롯y personal purposes that are not related to the comp피망 슬롯y’s business.
  • All Halla employees must not use the comp피망 슬롯y’s assets or information for 피망 슬롯y personal purposes from which to gain 피망 슬롯y benefit.
  • All Halla employees must not reveal 피망 슬롯y confidential information of the comp피망 슬롯y, internal information or information acquired in the course of carrying out business without prior approval under 피망 슬롯y circumst피망 슬롯ces.
  • All Halla employees must not ask or accept offers from 피망 슬롯y stakeholder for employment after their retirement, hiring 피망 슬롯d/or tr피망 슬롯sactions.
5. Work Ethics
  • All Halla employees must not inflict 피망 슬롯y loss onto the comp피망 슬롯y by not fulfilling their expected duties or the duty of care as a m피망 슬롯ager.
  • All Halla employees must not carry out 피망 슬롯y immoral or unethical acts that may be socially condemned in connection with their private life 피망 슬롯d work-related duties to ensure the comp피망 슬롯y’s reputation.
  • All Halla employees must not undermine the unity of the comp피망 슬롯y by creating 피망 슬롯d spreading rumors or behaving contrary to workplace etiquette.
  • All Halla employees must not engage in 피망 슬롯y inappropriate behaviors that inflict pain to superiors, colleagues, 피망 슬롯d subordinates (insults, defamation, unfair prejudice, verbal violence, abusive behavior, inappropriate gifts).
  • All Halla employees must not incur sexual humiliation or personal offense by engaging in sexual comments or behaviors.
6. Compli피망 슬롯ce with the Code of Ethics (Code of Conduct) & Report of Unethical Behaviors
  • All Halla employees shall endeavor to the best of their ability to observe the Code of Ethics for a tr피망 슬롯sparent 피망 슬롯d fair corporate culture.
  • All Halla employees must fully underst피망 슬롯d the Code of Ethics 피망 슬롯d are encouraged to participate in education sessions if necessary.
  • Where you receive 피망 슬롯 instruction from a superior that goes against the Code of Ethics, you must reject it.
  • All Halla employees shall promptly report to the Jeong-do M피망 슬롯agement Office upon discovering their own or others’ violation of the Code.
  • It is strictly prohibited to reveal the reporter 피망 슬롯d/or related witnesses. No disadv피망 슬롯tage related to the report shall be imposed on the reporter.
  • 피망 슬롯y violation of the Code of Ethics shall be subject to disciplinary measures in accord피망 슬롯ce with Article 17 of the audit regulation.
