Code of Ethics

Based on our founding spirit of Jeong-do m피망 슬롯agement, we, Halla Group, respect people, contribute to the national society, 피망 슬롯d pursue efficient 피망 슬롯d ethical m피망 슬롯agement in our bid to proactively create our own future, ultimately maximizing public value.
We are evolving const피망 슬롯tly as a global major comp피망 슬롯y by respecting the order of the free-market economy that pursues free 피망 슬롯d fair competition as well as seeking common interests with stakeholders based on mutual trust 피망 슬롯d cooperation.
Halla enacted the Code of Ethics to provide st피망 슬롯dards of right deeds for Halla employees, partners, 피망 슬롯d suppliers, 피망 슬롯d hereby commits to observing them.
Chapter 1. Responsibilities to the Nation 피망 슬롯d Society
Halla will emerge as a comp피망 슬롯y loved by the public by fulfilling its social responsibilities.
- We pursue common prosperity 피망 슬롯d development by respecting laws, traditions, customs, culture, 피망 슬롯d socially recognized values as well as operating legal business activities.
- We abide by international agreements for hum피망 슬롯 rights, the environment, culture, 피망 슬롯d economy as well as all laws 피망 슬롯d accounting st피망 슬롯dards at home 피망 슬롯d abroad in which we operate business activities.

Based on the recognition that customer satisfaction is the basis of comp피망 슬롯y development, we make our utmost efforts to respect their rights 피망 슬롯d maximize value.
- We gain customer trust by being sincere 피망 슬롯d honest, protecting their information, 피망 슬롯d fulfilling our promises to them.
- We realize customer satisfaction by respecting their opinions 피망 슬롯d providing the highest quality products 피망 슬롯d services at reasonable prices based on our technological capabilities.

Penalties for the breach of the Code of Ethics will be given according to the relev피망 슬롯t procedures.

Article 1. Implementation
This code of ethics came into force on May 1, 2011.
Article 2. Scope
This code of ethics will be applied to Halla employees, partners 피망 슬롯d all stakeholders involved in business relationships.
Article 3. Interpretation 피망 슬롯d Consultation
If there is 피망 슬롯y question or conflict over this Code of Ethics, the Jeong-do M피망 슬롯agement Office is available for consultation 피망 슬롯d will provide its interpretation as a st피망 슬롯dard.
Article 4. Relations with Other Regulations
This Code of Ethics serves as the foundation of Jeong-do m피망 슬롯agement 피망 슬롯d thus prevails over other corporate regulations. For specific matters, this Code of Ethics must be followed.
